"First tried the hotel pillow at a property in hill country Texas and loved it. Took advantage of a sale and bought one for me and one each for my daughter and son-in-law. We’re big fans now. The only downside might be for that person who wants to choose a firmness based on their sleeping style. I did that with another company and ended up with a nice but too firm pillow. I love the softness of this pillow."
