What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
- Free Shipping & Returns in the Continental U.S. on all orders over $200
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM (Arizona Time) will process the following business day.
- Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Typical delivery time: 5–7 business days.
- Free Returns on orders over $200, subject to the terms in our Return Policy.
Pre-Order Items
Select items may be available for pre-order prior to their official release. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance — full payment is collected at checkout.
- Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page for reference and are subject to change.
- Pre-ordered items will ship once inventory becomes available. If your estimated ship date changes, we'll notify you by email.
- Pre-order items cannot be combined with in-stock items in the same order. If you'd like to purchase both, please place them as separate orders.
- Standard shipping, processing, and applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout.
Free Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, you may still be eligible for an exchange or store credit for up to 365 days, with free return shipping. Please see our full Return Policy for complete details.
Note:
- All clearance events (including Summer Event, January White Sale, and Last Chance) are Final Sale.
- Free promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are provided in good faith.
During peak holiday periods, you may experience slight delays in order processing and shipping due to higher than normal volumes and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to select countries.
Free Shipping is not valid on international orders.
