Extremely Disappointing Quality & Horrible Customer Service
"Read this before you place your order. I had high hopes for Jennifer Adams pillowcases, however, the minute I received them, I was completely let down. The pillowcases felt nothing like the silky, soft material I expected. They weren’t nearly as luxurious as advertised, and I knew from the moment I touched them that they wouldn’t hold up well after washing. Feeling disappointed, I decided to return them, only to be met with appalling customer service. When I submitted my return request, they didn’t send me a return slip or even acknowledge my concerns. Instead, I was told to send the pillowcases back at my own expense and was simply given an address with no further guidance. No apology, no assistance, just an abrupt and unhelpful response. It’s clear to me that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Jennifer Adams. Not only was the product subpar, but the lack of care and consideration from their support team made the entire experience even worse. I’ve purchased from many companies, but this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend ordering from their website to anyone."
