"I was fortunate enough to spend time recently in a luxury condo in Puerta Vallarta. I loved the sheets. Fortunately I knew the designer of the condo. Sheets were Jennifer Adams. I got exact same ones, and love them! My newly dressed bed looks and feels so luxurious!"
"Read this before you place your order. I had high hopes for Jennifer Adams pillowcases, however, the minute I received them, I was completely let down. The pillowcases felt nothing like the silky, soft material I expected. They weren’t nearly as luxurious as advertised, and I knew from the moment I touched them that they wouldn’t hold up well after washing. Feeling disappointed, I decided to return them, only to be met with appalling customer service. When I submitted my return request, they didn’t send me a return slip or even acknowledge my concerns. Instead, I was told to send the pillowcases back at my own expense and was simply given an address with no further guidance. No apology, no assistance, just an abrupt and unhelpful response. It’s clear to me that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Jennifer Adams. Not only was the product subpar, but the lack of care and consideration from their support team made the entire experience even worse. I’ve purchased from many companies, but this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend ordering from their website to anyone."
"I love Jennifer Adams sheets for their softness, durability, and this color is just gorgeous."
"I did not mean to order pillowcases. I returned them and requested refund. There was no return receipt so very expensive to mail. Waiting on refund. Do not want or need. But love sheets"
"Love the feel of these sheets. Wash nicely too. Thanks"
"They are so nice and soft.. would highly recommend Jennifer Adams Linens"
"Amazing. Soft great sleep."
"I love these sheets and pillowcases. They are soft and come out of the dryer with no wrinkles."
"Wash great Sleep softly"
"These sheets are my favorite. I had been using them for years and love the way they feel on my skin and because they don’t look wrinkled when they come out of the dryer. I recently purchased a set in white to go with my new bedroom colors and couldn’t be happier. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the sheets."
